…and one at Neocase
European CRM systems provider Neocase, too, announced a hiring to start things off in August. William Pollie has joined the firm as senior vice president of sales. Pollie reportedly joined Neocase to assist specifically in its recently launched software solutions for the U.S. market.
Pollie brings over 25 years’ worth of experience in developing and executing large-scale sales strategies with a CV that includes stints with Microsoft and SAP. Pollie will lead the Neocase U.S. sales effort, focusing on recruitment and development of new channel partners for the Neocase on-demand and Neocase on-premise CRM solutions.
Prior to joining Neocase, Pollie served as vice president of Microsoft Business Solutions and later as general manager of Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft, Pollie was at SAP America, Inc. for nine years, where he got as high as vice president of field operations for SAP’s focused offerings in the service industry. Neocase Software is a fifteen-year-old supplier of customer operations management solutions for the call center environment.
