360 coverage for Revlon
Precision Business Technologies representatives were tickled pink (and rose and rouge and crimson and…) to announce today that beauty product manufacturer Revlon has applied Precision’s Global 360 CRM software in its claims department. The business solution was deployed by Precision Business Technologies IT.
The Revlon claims department reportedly deals with over 1,000 claims per day; the Revlon goal is to turn claims around inside of five days, while also allowing all claims to be resolved by research or negotiated settlement. Global 360 was added in hopes of automating Revlon’s document tracking, automation and recovery processes.
In the implementation, all revenue-related documents were made available electronically and were automatically indexed by required data fields. The receipt, retrieval and matching of documents was automated and Global 360 case management capabilities aggregate all documents necessary in claims investigation.
Revlon officials stated that improvement has been shown particularly in document collection, a process which now averages one minute versus the previous average of some thirty minutes required.
