Ascentium ascending eastward
Representatives of technology and marketing consulting firm Ascentium Corporation today announced the firm’s acquisition of Baltimore, Md.-based Invoke Systems, a technology solution provider specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 expertise.
The acquisition is said to have created the largest Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultancy in the United States; hard numbers tell us that Ascentium now supports more than 100 customers and boasts more than 15,000 business users.
The private company sees the move as a logical strategic step, as the company “has been gaining significant momentum in West Coast markets, recently opening offices in Spokane, Portland and Los Angeles. With the acquisition of Invoke, Ascentium comes to the East Coast market.
Founded in 1992, Ascentium Corporation has appeared on the Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing U.S. private companies for the two years running. Among Ascentium clientele are Avista Utilities, Boeing, Dell, Expedia, InfoSpace, Microsoft, Providence Health Systems, Starbucks and Washington Mutual.
