Big big call center opened in China
Universal Travel Group, through its subsidiary Yu Zhi Lu Aviation Service Company Ltd. operating as a China-based aviation services company, announced today that it has commenced operations at its new World Journey Call Center located in Shenzhen, China.
The new facility has a staffing capacity of more than one hundred operators, and will serve as a 24-hour telephone-based customer service channel for delivering the company’s core services of airplane ticket, hotel, and restaurant bookings. In the future, a new “level of service” is planned, and the call center will handle travel logistics such as car rental, livery services, itinerary planning, and comprehensive logistics management services for conferences.

Universal Travel Group, through Yu Zhi Lu Aviation Service Company Ltd. provides travel services pertaining to domestic and international lines through Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
