Initiative Software representatives have announced the introduction of Captavia Region IS, an outgrowth of Initiative’s Captavia. Captavia Region IS is a CRM system which carries many of the same characteristics as Captavia, but supports requirements of regional economic development activities.

Plain ol’ Captavia CRM specializes in areas such as information provision, marketing, sales, delivery management and performance measurement. Captavia Region IS offering modules specific to regional needs, including Business Link IDB (Information, Diagnostic & Brokerage).
