Excell deemed excellent
Excell Services representatives were pleased to announce that their firm had once again been recognized again by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine with the 2006 CRM Excellence Award. The CRM Excellence Award is presented to “exemplary customer contact centers for their consistent commitment to quality, excellence and high ethical standards.”
According to the Customer Interaction Solutions editorial, “Each of the award recipients is involved in a quality process that stretches from its human resource development to its implementation of technology to improve quality to taking a leadership role in promoting a positive public image of teleservices….”
Excell Services is reportedly America’s largest independent provider of directory assistance, operator services, and inbound customer service to the telecommunications industry. Excell Services was formed via integration of Operator Service Company and Excell Agent Services.
