Free web seminar on strategic CRM
CRM magazine has announced their holding of a free web seminar regarding strategic CRM. Under the heady and promising title of “Moving from Tactical SFA to Strategic CRM: Increase Revenue, Resources and Productivity for Your Sales Organization,” the seminar begins May 3 at 2pm Eastern Standard Time. Promising to educate those tuning in to the benefits of strategic CRM, the seminar will attempt to assist in eliminating sales bottlenecks, in more efficient sales analysis, in more accurate trend forecasting, in sales tracking and in avoiding common mistakes in the CRM switchover. Moderating the web seminar is CRM Editor-in-Chief David Myron. Appearing as presenters will be AMR Research customer management research director Robert Bois and Oracle Corporation CRM on-demand director Justin Shriber. Oracle customers will also be on-hand to speak of the impact Oracle had and has on their business.
