Business intelligence solutions provider Business Objects has announced that workspace management IT services provider Getronics has selected Business Objects XI Release 2 as its reporting standard. Getronics will use Business Objects XI Release 2 to consolidate information including performance of the managed services business unit, service-level agreement reportage and operational level agreement reportage.

Over 600 Getronics employees worldwide are to use Business Objects XI Release 2 in accessing information from Oracle PeopleSoft CRM 8.9 and other – though unnamed in press material – systems. (After all, “Getronics has already invested in Oracle PeopleSoft CRM for the administration of its SLA data,” said Maurizio Carli, Business Objects EMEA senior vice president and general manager. Getronics staff members are also promised the option of developing personalized reports using Business Objects web intelligence or Business Objects desktop intelligence.
