Global to employ 220 in Lancaster
Insurance direct marketing firm Global Contact Services has announced plans to open a call center in Lancaster, Ohio. According to the Lancaster Economic Development Office, the call center will employ 220 full-time.
Global Contact Services currently employs more than 1,500 employees in America. Among GCS clientele are Bank of America, Wachovia, AIG, Verizon, Wells Fargo and Washington Mutual.
