Green Beacon PAMS Solution announces plans to Increase Value of CRM and ERP Offerings for Mid-Sized Enterprises
The latest announcement from Green Beacon PAMS Solution, a provider of strategy, consulting and implementation services for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Marketing Automation technologies is good news for mid-sized companies. Green Beacon plans to offer Professional Application Management Services (PAMS), particularly suited to mid-sized corporate entities.
PAMS, a combination of consulting, monitoring and implementation services, offers its customers support for a variety of incidents on a monthly basis. Customers may make selections from a catalog containing more than 40 defined incidents such as bug fixes, business rule adjustments and report updates.
