Harvard Business School? That’s Intelliworks…
Intelliworks, Inc., a provider of customer relationship management solutions for higher education, today announced that Harvard Business School has completed deployment of its software solution for the executive education program.
The software seeks to enable the tracking of interactions across the life cycle of each participant from program inquiries to marketing campaigns to admissions and beyond. In conjunction with this announcement, HBS chief information officer Stephen Laster was named to the Intelliworks Advisory Board.
As the CIO of Harvard Business School, Laster leads a team of 110 professionals who oversee the school’s academic and administrative computing environment. Prior to this role, he was the director of the Curriculum Innovation and Technology Group at Babson College, where he focused on e-learning and collaborative technologies.
Other advisory board members include Dr. Ronald E. Carrier, first chancellor of James Madison University; and Robert L. Maul, former president of SCT.
