HealthCheck from Castle CRM
Customer relationship management consulting and application integration firm Castle CRM has announced the introduction of HealthCheck, an application monitoring service for customers using SalesLogix. The SalesLogix Application Health Maintenance System promises “proactive 7 X 24” SalesLogix application monitoring and is provided at no charge to current Castle CRM customers.
The Castle CRM proprietary software seeks to monitor the health of SalesLogix applications and computing resources. The Castle CRM support center is to alert customers of identified issues before affect service to end users. Reports provide SalesLogix customers a comprehensive overview of key performance indicators. Castle CRM CEO Anthony Castle claims much love for Sales Logix, saying, “Our customers are expressing excitement by our HealthCheck service.
They have a peace-of-mind knowing their SalesLogix CRM application is performing properly and knowing Castle CRM can identify many issues before they become evident to the users of the system.” New York, N.Y.-based Castle CRM is backed by Sage Software research and development capabilities of Sage Software, and runs a systems integration, application management and professional services company with offices in the US and Spain.
