InterAction ® for Headwaters
Headwaters MB, which is a middle market merchant bank, has selected InterAction ® CRM solution developed by LexisNexis Interface Software (LNIS). Headwaters intends to use InterAction at the front-end for creating a proprietary relationship database. Companies that have an enterprise worth of up to $ 300 million avail the services of Headwaters for advice in investment banking transactions.
Headwaters will be deploying the InterAction CRM product at its main office in Denver as well as offices in Atlanta, Boston, and Jacksonville. The company hopes to achieve smooth information-sharing across the firm through InterAction. The CRM application will also facilitate better tracking of business development and the implementation of knowledge acquired by senior bankers. Before moving to InterAction, the company managed discrete information databases by recording contact information in Microsoft Outlook.
Headwaters will also implement the InterAction OpportunitiesTM module which will allow the company to manage deals in a better manner, respond quickly to opportunities, and keep a track of its progress against goals. The Relationship Intelligence functionality provided by InterAction includes Who Knows Whom™, which provides information regarding the current relationship with a contact and a past history of interactions. Headwaters teamed up with Swimfish in its search for a CRM system that would specifically address the needs of middle market financial services firms and would enable the linking of relationship information of different members in the company.
