iRM CRM for ISU
Representatives of Intelliworks Inc., a CRM provider for the higher education sphere, announced that the College of Business at Iowa State University has selected Intelliworks CRM software for their MBA program. Established in 1984, the Iowa State College of Business has a fall 2006 enrollment of 3399 students.
In the first phase of the CRM implementation, ISU will roll out the iRM Essentials product to the school’s MBA program. The stated core objective of implementing CRM for the MBA program is to “provide prospective students with personalized and relevant communications.” Ultimately, ISU hopes prospective and current students will receive more personal attention.
Intelliworks, Inc. seeks to enable colleges and universities to raise relationship capital by providing insight-driven, actionable CRM solutions tailored specifically for the higher education industry. The insight provided into building relationships with prospects, students, and alumni theoretically enables institutions to communicate with their key constituents in a more personalized and relevant manner.
Among Intelliworks solutions clients are Duke, Columbia, Harvard Business School, University of Oklahoma, UC Berkeley, Dartmouth, Wharton, and Georgia. Intelliworks’ web-based application can be implemented at a department, school-wide, or university level. Intelliworks hocks Intelliworks Relationship Manager as its flagship CRM technology suite. iRM is produced as iRM Essentials for small- and mid-sized organizations; and iRM Enterprise is designed for larger university implementation projects that require greater performance, configuration, and scalability.
