Microsoft and Alcatel join hands
Mid-sized companies in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and Latin America, which have contact centers with 25 to 150 agents, will soon have access to CRM and contact center applications being made available by a joint venture between Microsoft and Alcatel.
Products include the OmniTouch Contact Center Premium Edition by Alcatel, which has been developed on the Microsoft Windows Server System, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, and Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Also available will be the Genesys GPlus Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 facilitates voice interaction management for IP and PSTN calls as well as multimedia like web, email, and fax.
