Microsoft brainstorm hits San Diego
The first annual Microsoft Dynamics CRM North American Customer Summit kicked off today in San Diego, with Satya Nadella, corporate vice president and leader of the Microsoft Business Solutions division, delivering the opening keynote. Event attendees include business and technology leaders from selected Microsoft CRM enterprise customers, who will be meeting with the Microsoft CRM executive leadership team.
This summit is the first in Microsoft’s plans to hold annual CRM customer summits in North America and Europe in addition to the Convergence user group meetings.
Some companies in attendance singled out by Microsoft PR include Benjamin Moore & Co., huge manufacturer of architectural, commercial and industrial maintenance coatings; FranklinCovey, said to be the global leader in effectiveness training, productivity tools and assessment services; Getty Images, an international provider of imagery, film and digital services; O.C. Tanner Co., a multinational firm that specializes in helping companies motivate employees through comprehensive recognition solutions; Raymond James Financial Inc.; Volt Information Sciences Inc., a global service conglomerate; and health insurance provider Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa.
All these firms have implemented extensive Microsoft CRM.
