Oracle India expands reach
Representatives of Oracle India have announced that it has taken over the provision of customer support for and development of India-specific features in its JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications.
The announcement marks an extension to the support that Oracle currently provides for the standard versions of JD Edwards Applications, and is part of Oracle’s general strategy to increase focus on the JD Edwards customer base in India.
Prior to this, the India-specific features of JD Edwards Applications were supported by an Oracle Certified Advantage Partner, Mumbai-based SYSTIME Computer Systems India Limited. SYSTIME continues to focus on sales and implementation of JD Edwards Applications in the Indian market.
Oracle’s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is a complete suite of modular, pre-integrated industry-specific business applications.
