Shanghai Unicom gets customer management platform
AsiaInfo has announced development for Shanghai Unicom of a customer management platform. Facing the ever-increasing challenges of an ever-increasing market, Shangai Unicom sought a platform to keep up with user growth and tightening competition.
AsiaInfo CEO / President Steve Zhang promised his company’s platform would “give Shanghai Unicom a deeper understanding of customer needs and enable them to make prompt business decisions and adjustments to marketing strategy.” The customer management platform will be built from ground up will manage the entire life cycle of the customer relationship with Shanghai Unicom.
