SpyOptic eyes Microsoft CRM
Microsoft scores on the ERP and CRM front. SpyOptic Inc. has selected Microsoft Dynamics GP as its choice of ERP system and will be implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to better manage its relationship with its customers and vendors. SpyOptic distributes eyewear and accessories to more than 5000 retail stores in the U.S. The California-based company is looking to move into the European and Australian markets as well.
