Sugar Suite Version 4.0
SugarCRM has released the beta of Sugar Suite Version 4.0. The new version incorporates features that have been added considering the market requirements and customer needs. Features include advanced reporting, workflow management, email processing, etc. It adds depth to the functionalities already present for marketing, sales and support. Sugar Suite is considered to be the most popular open source CRM solution in the market. Sugar CRM has had seven releases in the past 20 months. sugarcrm.com says:
