Representatives of Think Mortgage today announced the engagement of Customer Connect Associates to implement Salesforce.com. Customer Connect will assist in developing and automate Think Mortgage business processes in delivering wholesale lending services to brokers across America. Founded in 2000, Customer Connect Associates is touted as improving customer relationship with the copyrighted LUCK process for creating more profitable relationships.
Customer Connect Associates clientele includes AAA, AMF, BB&T, Cardinal Health, Covelight Systems, Fairfield Resorts, Huber Engineered Woods, Jacobsen, LandAmerica, MedImpact, Travelocity, Realty One and SAS. Customer Connect Associates is moving up in the world recently, with the Think Mortgage deal chasing up the BB&T engagement of earlier in the month. The BB&T Real Estate Support Group hired Customer Connect Associates to aid in the development of business processes and in strengthening appraisal and environmental contractors.
