When will mobile CRM come of age
The study "Mobile CRM: Re-energizing the CRM" by Visiongain states that mobile CRM, which currently constitutes 10% of the entire CRM revenues, will account for 20% of the revenues by 2010. However, other experts opine that impediments such as an absence of differentiation on part of the CRM vendors could hamper the growth of mobile CRM. crmbuyer.com says:
Ovum Vice President Roger Entner said while all technologies tend to go mobile along with increasingly mobile workers, mobile CRM may not meet the growth expectations for the coming year.
