Workopia works to convince SMBs
Workopia, Inc. which is a Microsoft partner has announced that it will be extending assistance to SMBs in America that wish to assess and deploy effective and inexpensive CRM software. The news released by TMCnet states that Workopia believes it "talks the language of the small/medium company". Workopia not only offers training to a company’s staff on the necessary aspects of CRM but is also willing to set the system up for the client. Frank Lee, president, Workopia, sees the company as an intermediary for preparing small companies for Microsoft CRM 3.0.
Workopia has the distinction of playing a role in the launching of two Microsoft showcase customers for the CRM 3.0 application. Workopia guides companies through the initial phases of CRM deployment and even before that when the management has to crystallize its business policy for CRM implementation.
